During protocol treatment there is a substantial decline of its indexes which after completion of cytotstatic therapy, and also during of long term remission normalized gradually, arriving at the level of age-old norm. The degree of violation of this link of immunity depends on age sick. Oppression of T-cell appears more protracted and deep for the children of junior age. For the children of senior age-dependent groups the indexes of Т-cell subset approach a normal level quick, acquiring a maximal value in the period of long trms remision. Only on the early terms of long terms remission there is tendency to growth of absolute amount of CD16+CD56+-lymphocytes, which proceeds in its more late terms. During programm treatment of this hemoblastosis there is a substantial decline of maintenance of CD19+-lymphocytes in peripheral blood and serum immuglobulines which after his completion, and also during all of long term remision recommence gradually, arriving at a subnormal level. The degree of violation of separate indexes of humoral immunity depends on age of child. More protractedly are B-lymphocites and serum immunoglobulines, which are deeper repressed for children from six to ten years. For the children of junior age-dependent group and teenagers 11-14 years the separate indexes of humoral link of immunity approach a normal level quick, acquiring a maximal value in a period of long trems remision.
