During the leadthrough of programm therapy as well as on the stage of its complete the levels of probed cytokines in the serum of children blood were low. Above all things such changes are predefined influence of cytostatic remedies which draw an immunosuppressive effect on the whole. During of long-term remission a concentration of probed cytokines in the serum of blood was different. According to received information only IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-alfa were on the level of age-old norm. In relation to IL-2 and IL-8, their maintenance in the blood serum remained subnormal. The analysis of correlation intercommunications between separate cytikines reviled, that in the debut of illness they were strong enough, except for IL-8, which poorly correlated from IL-2, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-alfa. During the leadthrough of chemotherapy as well as on the stage of his completion correlation intercommunications between probed cytokines remained strong. Even IL-8 strengthened the connection with separate interleikines. Analogical conformity to the law was observed in the different terms of the long-term remision. Deserves on attention, that only one of probed cytokine - TNF-alfa - almost on all of the stages of duration of ALL for children had weak correlations with probed interleikines.
