Head Soldatov A.A., Registration Date 30-03-2011 Organization Kovalevsky Institute of biology of southern seas NAS Ukraine popup.description2 Formation of the Black and Azov seas marine fishes sperm cryostorage was started on the base of IBSS of NAS of Ukraine. 102 ampules were frozen (sperm and testicle samples), 14 marine fish species, obtained from 210 breeders (Sevastopol bay region). 83 ampules with the sperm samples, obtained from 27 golden mullet specimen (material catch in the Kerchensky gulf region). The gathered genetic material can be used for the selection works and technologies of reproducing the rare and vanishing marine fish species.
