With this program, the distribution of two-dimensional eddy currents (EC) and electromagnetic forces (EMF) in the mould, two-winding EMS with nonsalient-poles were studied. Effectiveness of the algorithm is confirmed by calculations on the program for EC and EMF in a section of round and square billets at different sizes, frequencies, currents and the number of turns in the windings.
