A research purpose is: -estimation of practical and methodical approaches in relation to the improvement of leasings relations on agricultural enterprises; -development of suggestions from the increase of economic efficiency of stock-raising; -scientific ground of theoretical and methodical principles of functioning of market of labour force. Research methods: abstractly logic, monographic, statistical, graphic, correlation analysis, index analysis, marketing, induction and deduction, sociological questioning. A theoretical and practical value consists in formulation and ground of ways of optimization of the use of resource potential agrarian the sector of economy on conditions of the extended recreation. The novelty of work consists in development of theoretical and practical measures on the increase of level of economic efficiency of agrarian production on conditions of observance of principles of ekonomiks. Introduction of results of scientific researches allows to promote the level of economic efficiency in the agricultural enterprises of the Zaporozhia area and optimize the educational process of the Tavricheskogo state agrotehnologich university.
