Methodical recommendations for prosthetic and orthotic enterprises, rehabilitational centers on indication and application of orthotic systems were developed. Designs of orthotic systems on upper extremities for prophylaxis of deformities, development of movements in joints and increase of function of extremities in children with neurologic diseases were developed.
