The purpose of researches is improvement of technology restoration of cutting bodies of soil-cultivating cars, and also wear process details tractor and combine engines. Methods of researches and devices. The teoretiko-experimental method of researches is applied. By means of exemplary devices, cars of a friction and metallographys microscopes check of efficiency of constructive and technological decisions concerning mutual electrophysical and chemical operational development of details of engines is spent. The equipment for preliminary researches of influence of ultrasonic fluctuations on processing of soil and the equipment for electroplasma fusion cutting edge of working bodies of soil-cultivating cars is debugged. Theoretical and practical results. General scientific and theoretical data concerning systems of maintenance service and agricultural machinery repair in the specialised enterprises of agriculture of Ukraine are analysed. On this basis preliminary recommendations concerning the organisation of technical service repaired combine and autotractor engines are given. It is specified in necessity of the system approach to the decision of problems of improvement of quality of repair of technics, in particular, equipped an internal combustion engine by use of technologies and mutual electrophysical and chemical operational development of details of tsilindro-piston group and krivoshipno-shatunnogo the mechanism. Results of researches of influence of a structure of pig-iron of rings and their is intense-deformed condition on deterioration in the course of accelerated running in and bench tests are resulted. Preliminary recommendations to manufacture on fault detection, acquisition and assemblage of knots combine and tractor engines during their major repairs are developed. The analysis of features of a design of soil-cultivating agricultural cars with disk working bodies, and also the analysis of mechanisms of cutting of soil and influence of high-frequency fluctuations of a cutting element on cutting process is resulted. Novelty of researches consists in use for change of properties of materials and the environment of methods of electrochemical, plasma and ultrasonic influence. The effect from introduction of technological processes and system decisions will allow essentially (in 2-3 times) to raise reliability of cars and wear resistance of their details.
