In the PL spectra of porous layers of InP (excitation source - Argon laser) for T = 77 K revealed a broad band of radiation within 2.21 eV, associated with the effect of the quantum limit as a result of the formation of quasiperiodic nanoobjects (quantum wires). It is shown that the expansion of porous InP PL band is due not only to fluctuations in the energy band edges in porous layer, but also with the heterogeneity size of individual crystallites.Determined the size nanokrystalitiv which is 5 - 7 nm (according to the shift of the PL band).
