Dispersion of the particle size did not exceed 15% for each fixed diameter. There were formed closely packed layers of spherical monodisperse nanoparticles (Lu1-xEux)2O3 (x=0.05) with f 40, 70 and 100 nm diameter. The developed structures will be used as a base for creation of SERS substrates meant for registration of the spectra of organic molecules.
