The aim of this research is to develop new methods and approaches for determining the mechanisms of degradation of electronic devices, as well as application of the new information technologies to solve important problems in science and humanitarian fields. The methods related to computer modeling of physical processes, to the interaction of biological objects with inorganic materials, and peculiarities of the function of complex systems (economics, educational systems) were used. On the basis of theoretical studies mechanisms of natural aging of memory transistors were established, and in collaboration with experimental laboratories the methods of prediction of exploitation resource of devices were developed. Kinetic processes in biological nanosensors created on the basis of the track electronics were studied. The developed sensor systems can be used as devices for detecting biological objects (in experimental biology and medicine) as well as for fundamental studies of the interaction of biological objects with nanostructures. The obtained results are a new step in the development nanobiology and nanotechnology. They can be used to improve the modern electronic equipment and to solve current problems of ecology and medicine. New information technologies will be used to improve the approaches for the management of the education institutions.
