Purpose of work is to develop the methods and tools for computer simulation of complex systems under conditions of uncertainty. Research methods are the methods of interval data analysis, systems analysis, mathematical modeling, information theory and coding theory. As a result of research the new methods and algorithms are developed such as: constructing mathematical models of complex dynamic systems; automated development and software testing; structural and parametric identification of interval models of static and discrete dynamic systems and objects, and also methods and tools of their optimization; data acquisition, transmission and transformation in computer and information systems. Results of research have been tested at international and national conferences. Seven PhD theses were defended by the result of researches.
