Purpose: scientific-theoretical and methodological support of psycho-pedagogical support of school-age children with combined impaired mental and physical development. Methods: theory: analysis, classification, comparison and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature of domestic and foreign authors; empirical: clinical screening (retrospective analysis of case histories and anamnestic data), psychology and education (analysis of the results of psychological examinations of children speech therapy, legal and regulatory framework and pedagogical documentation, program content, schedules, professional, surveillance), the analysis of interviews, questionnaires, interview students, teachers, parents, psycho-pedagogical experiment, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results. Results: Implemented a comprehensive analysis of general and special literature on the study, investigated the characteristics of children with combined disabilities, highlighted the specificity of individual mental processes. Scientific and theoretically grounded psychological and pedagogical foundations of their psychological and pedagogical support in the initial stage of training, developed the content and methodology, carried out testing of the developed materials in the Kiev special boarding school № № 4, 5, 7, 15, 17, 26 for children blind, low vision, hearing impaired, locomotor (for children with cerebral palsy), with mental retardation and mental retardation, mental retardation). The basic conceptual framework of psychological and pedagogical support for children with combined disabilities at an early stage of training and development of scientific guidelines for practitioners, the following: 1. Account of the genetic mental development of children with a combined violation of psychophysical development. 2. The complex nature (clinical and physiological, ophthalmic, orthopedic, otolaryngological, psychology and education) compensatory and remedial rehabilitative care of deafblind children. 3. Account of typological and individual characteristics of children with combined disabilities in providing them the necessary psychological, educational, correctional and rehabilitative care. 4. Individual and differentiated approach to children depending on their orientation and ways of learning. 5. The focus of psycho-pedagogical support for the personal development of each child's social adaption and systematic psychological support based on identified needs and abilities. 6. Recognition and realization of the right of every child to be involved in the educational process in terms of inclusive education, regardless of its features and limitations of life. These conceptual approaches have been implemented in the process of research and preparation of all sections of 5-scientific teaching aids to help practitioners who are trained and special schools for children with complex (combined) violations of various analyzers and mental health systems and implement their psychological and pedagogical support. Results of research put into the process of primary education for children with various mental and physical disorders of the combined nature of the practice of school psychologists and speech therapists. Scope: correctional pedagogy, special psychology, the educational and developmental process of remedial special schools for children with various disorders of psycho-physical development, the process of inclusive education.
