Resulted mass distribution of heavy fragments shows the higher yields in the mass region 133 - 134, 138 - 140 and 145 - 146. The algorithm of calculations of the yield of prompt neutrons from fission fragments based on total yields experimental data obtained by radiochemical and gamma-spectrometry methods has been proposed. Effectivity of calculations was checked with compilations of 252Cf(s.f) experimental data. The phenomenological analysis of the neutron yields from the fission of 233U,235U,239Pu and 252Cf has been performed. The parameterization used allows the peculiarities of the 'sawtooth' curve of neutron multiplicity for light and heavy fragments to be described and predicted. The measurement of isomeric yields ratios of photofission fragments was done, created in (g,f)-reactions. Average angular momentums of heavy and light fission fragmentations of 232Th and 238U nuclei have been defined, which were irradiated of bremmsstrahlung photons with end-point energy near 8.5 MeV.
