Methods: theoretical analyses, surveys, questionnaires, statistical procedures There were suggested some principles that should provide the development of the efficient social psychological technologies of positive image formation. Stated was the advisability of the dominating information technologies of influencing the complex factors that employ potential influence of information as well as social psychological interaction, communication, normative influence, and environmental factors. The complex of the technology efficacy criteria derived from the project approach were suggested. The opportunities and restrictions of different methods for studying image formation of social and educational innovations were analysed. General model of deliberated public opinion technology was suggested for studying the psychotechnological components of positive image formation of educational and social innovations.
