It aws studied the effect of different concentrations of polymer carrier poly-DMAEM type BG-2 on cell suspension culture and callus lines of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) BY-2. It was established that the polymer carriers of poly-DMAEM type BG-2 have a negative impact in high concentrations on the cell membrane suspension culture and callus tissue and affect their viability. We recommend using the concentration of polymer carriers such as BG-2 in the range of 10-100 mg for further transformation of this cell type. The possibility of using the poly-DMAEM for genetic transformation of protoplasts of the moss Physcomitrella patens and Ceratodon purpureus was confirmed. Product Description popup.authors Ємець А.
