The aim is to enhance the performance of biomedical devices and reliability of determining the parameters of the bioassay using chemiluminescence. Research methods are the main provisions of functional analysis , signal theory , probability the-ory , stochastic processes , and digital filtering . As a result of the completed research results are as follows : justified method for determining the antioxidant properties of a bioassay based on the analysis of current approaches to their definition , the analysis of typical chemiluminescent biomedical parameters and searched unaccounted features chemiluminescent process, developed new chemiluminescent parameters reflecting the biophysical basis for the proc-ess of chemiluminescence , justified the feasibility of the methods of time series analysis and spectral analysis ; devel-oped standard chemiluminescent signal ; developed procedures automation identification bioassays ; justified and con-ducted selection of elements and parameters chemiluminometer ; defined system errors and its impact on the probabil-ity of reflection antioxidant properties bioassays using developed parameters.
