The results of experimental research proved this technique to be inefficient. Cost per unit energy with changing actual parameter of heat pump operation can be decreased by changing pressure in the heat pump compressor. Currently used methods of transforming low-enthalpy heat energy into electrical energy are analyzed. Functional schemes of transformation of excess heat energy into electric energy are designed on the basis of this analysis.
