The characteristics of the obtained materials (their geometrical parameters, morphology, structure and optical properties) were determined.There was established a modification of the surface of TiO2 nanocrystals due to regulation of the absortion of the phoshpate ions from the solution. Experimental samples of KDP:TiO2 crystals containing 10^-3 - 10^-5 mass% of the nanoparticles and the nominally pure samples were fabricated.
