Studying of features of influence of technological parameters of a dusting on physicomechanical properties of superhard coatings. Methods of researches - measurements of hardness, determination of level of elasticity and a limit of fluidity by an indentirovaniye method, determination of coefficient of friction. With use of new approach to features of influence of electronic concentration on formation of phase structure multicomponent visoky entropy alloys elements which allow to receive solid solutions in the visokoentropiynikh alloys on the basis of bcc and fcc of lattices are defined. The manufactured cathodes for vacuum and arc dispersions, are defined their phase structure and physicomechanical properties. By results of an automatic indentirovaniye physicomechanical properties of carbide coverings on the basis of multicomponent the visokoyentropiynikh of alloys are defined. It is shown that the received coverings have hardness higher than 40 GPA. Characteristics of heat stability and wear resistance of carbide coverings are defined.
