Brief description of the modes of consumable and nonconsumable electrode arc welding, results of experimental studies of the quality of welds, their geometrical dimensions, mechanical property values and features of the structure of welds, fusion boundary and heat-affected zone was performed. Metal hardness was determined in different zones of welded joints, depending on metal orientation, welding process and heat treatment performance, Experimental work results were the basis for determination of optimum modes of consumable and nonconsumable welding of the alloy. Effectiveness of different modes of welded joint heat treatment was studied.
