The object of the research is the draft Concept of equipping military units and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with terrestrial robotic complexes for the period up to 2025. The purpose is to develop proposals for identifying specific steps and key measures for equipping ground rocket systems (GRS) of military units and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to increase the effectiveness of their application. Method of research - methods of empirical (observation, description) and theoretical (system analysis, deduction, generalization, classification, etc.) research. During the implementation of the work carried out: analysis of world trends of development, experience of application, tactical and technical characteristics (TTC), designs, main components and systems of the basic GRS of military designation of the leading countries of the world; analysis of the substantiation of the concepts of shock systems; creation of autonomous ground robotic complexes; proposals for the classification and type of GRS of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been developed; proposals for the use of GRS for military purposes in various types of combat operations and during special operations; proposals on the organizational and staff structure of the GRS units, organization of material and technical (logistical) support of the GRS in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and preparation of specialists for their operation and application; the needs of the GRS (for the forces of the troops) and priorities for their development are determined; the specific steps, main measures and methods of realization of the Concept of equipping the military units and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of the GRS for the period till 2025 are determined.
