The investigations were performed with using the technical means of the communication facility, PCs, combined in the local network, up-to-date software. In the proceeding of work there were: developed technology of data collection and processing, forms for input and output documents, algorithms of the information analysis, program products for formation of data bases, processing and forming indicators; investigated the state on releasing the main kinds of production and calculations for their manufacturing, wholesale prices оn the basic materials and power carriers to be used for their production; finance and economical indicators and rate of change of non-production expenditures at BEs. Information and analytical reports are appended by numerous charts and diagrams, which feature the rate of change of the indicators concerned.
