In X-ray investigation of the abdominal cavity the air under the diaphragm was faunded in 70,2% of patients. Peritonitis was encountered in 227 (53,2%) patients. Radical organ-saving operation were carried out in 232 (54,7%) patients. There are analyzed the conditions of patients in after operating period and observed the development of complications and their control. The postoperative lethality has formed 3,04%.
