Necessity for ecologisation of industrial forces and industrial relations in a society is proved. The essence of the balanced ecologic-economic development category is revealed; principles of its formation are adduced. The suggestion to consider the natural environment to be the conditional economic subject, with equal economic rights in relations with other subjects of ecologic-economic system of region is grounded.
