Information × Registration Number 2103U000039, Article popup.category Стаття Title popup.author popup.publication 01-01-2003 popup.source_user Сумський державний університет popup.source http://essuir.sumdu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/1461 popup.publisher Видавництво СумДУ Description In the experiments on the white rat-males line “Wistar” showed, that acute dinamic 4-hour ingalation poisoning by, the flying compounds of the epoxyde resine (ER) ED-20 (120-140 mg/m3 by epichlorhydrine) follow in the animal blood by sharp increasing of aminotransferase (AlAT, AsAT), acidic phosphatase (AcP), alkaline phosphatase (AlP) and choleglicine (Chg) activity. Activity of AlAT, AsAT was maximum in 12 hours after the intoxication, AcP, AlP - 72-120 hours and Chg - in 72 hours; that bear about the predomination in the early terms the phenomen of the citolisis in later - cholestasis. Comparing learning during the poisoning by ER of the iniciators’ efficacy of epoxihydrolase, omeprasoli (50 mg/kg, 7 days) and clofibrate (200 mg/kg, 2 days), showed the presence of the high detoxication qualities for the first and low for the second medicine. In using these medicines according to the treat-preventing scheme before and after the intoxication the highest efficacy discovered for quercetine (350 mg/kg). Low and approximately equal level of pharmacological activity was for flavinate (4 mg/kg) and lipine (0,8 mmol/kg). Acetylcysteine (450 mg/kg) during poisoning by ER showed comparently low expressiveness efficacy, especially in later terms after the intoxication.
