The changes of pressure in lung arteries, a change of a corner a size and a heart rhythm were established with the help of an electrocardiography. All these changes in the majority of cases had functional character, at absence of pathological processes in heart, and were stabilized at the liquidation of pleurisy with effusion syndrome.
