Showed, that the strongest anti-radical and anti-oxidazative activity in the process of poisoning by ER belong to quercetine. A bit less expressed influence on the process of PLO in liver showed lipine and clofibrate. Action of flavinate was more expressed on the phase of free-radical (FR) forming; was less expressed then for lipine and clofibrate and carried a biphased disposition with maximum decrease of FR in 6 and 72 hours after the intoxication by ER. Anti-oxidazative qualities of flavinate manifestated in early-; and of acetylcysteine - in earlier terms of experiment. When we used omeprasole the essential influence on the process of PLO in the poisoning animal liver hadn’t seen. In this work we discussed the mechanisms of anti-oxidazative activity of used medicines.
