Generalization for fractional Lorents system, where feedback and relaxation were depressed by exponentiation of order parameter into the fractional power (degree) was given. The degradation of Lorents attractor was revealed at extreme degree of external influence owing to stick-slip falling its fractional dimension. The transition boundaries to the linear set and stationary state were obtained.
