It is established, that Maltofer effectively restores iron stores already on 14-15-th day of treatment. Parenteral entered iron first of all acts in depot, and then is used for synthesis of hemoglobin. Parallel application together with preparations of trivalent iron of the complex of vitamins provides sufficiency depot of iron on an extent of 3 months from the beginning of treatment. It is found out, that between serum ferritin contents and concentration of erythropoietin there is a negative correlation. Force of this communication is increased at development iron deficiency anemia and gradually decreases at the treatment.
