It was shown that the blocking of opiate receptors decrease the number of erythrocytes in blood and make the kinetics of acid hemolysis the same as this parameter in control group. У дослідах на 26 білих щурах досліджено вплив налоксону (0,1 мг/кг) на загальну кількість еритроцитів та їх кислотний гемоліз у нормі та при гострому стресі. Показано, що блокада опіаторецепторів змінює еритрограму інтактних тварин. При гострому стресі налоксон зменшує загальну кількість еритроцитів у крові і наближує кінетику кислотного гемолізу еритроцитів до такої в контролі.
