It is shown that at the temperature 820±10 К sharp increase of the electrical resistance exists, which degree depends on films thickness. The calculation of the electron transport parameters was done by the models of Tellier, Тosse and Pichard. Проведено дослідження структурних характеристик і електрофізичних властивостей плівок алюмінію в інтервалі товщин 20-150 нм, отриманих при температурі підкладки 300 К та пройшовши термообробку до 870К. Показано. Що при температурі 82010 К спостерігається різке збільшення питомого електричного опору, ступінь якого залежить від товщини плівок. Здійснено розрахунок параметрів електроперенесення за лінеарізованою та ізотропною моделями Ательє, Тоссе і Пішар.
