Было установлено, что при увеличении ширины спектральной линии лазера, требования к расходимости лазерного луча повышаются. В результате был разработан и изготовлен импульсно-периодический источник УФ излучения, перестраиваемый в диапазоне 260÷360 нм. Его средняя выходная мощность составляет несколько десятков милливатт, а пиковая – достигает несколько десятков киловатт. It was revealed that the requirements for beam divergence of the laser radiation become tougher when width of the laser spectral line increases. The pulse-periodic tunable source of the UV radiation has been developed for 260-360 nm spectral range. It has output up to some tens of milliWatts of an average power and up to some tens of kiloWatts of a peak power.
