Most intensity RBFMMS was determined in a pyloroantral’nom department, insignificantly diminishing in a middle part of body and the least in cardio. The clear reverse dependence RBFMMS on age is set. The mathematical model of the RBFMMS dependence in a standard from age and department of stomach, which has high reproduced, is built. It allows to use the formulas, which were received, for the calculation of indexes of blood flow in a standard and with the purpose of the pharmacy correction exposed violations at patients. Проведено дослідження регіонарного кровотоку слизової оболонки шлунка (РКСОШ) у кардіальному, середній третині тіла та пілороантральному відділах у 33 практично здорових людей. Найвища інтенсивність РКСОШ визначалась у пілороантральному відділі, незначно зменшуючись у середній третині тіла, мінімальна – в кардіальному. Встановлена чітка зворотнопропорційна залежність РКСОШ від віку. Побудована математична модель залежності РКСОШ у нормі від віку і відділу шлунка, яка має високу відтворюваність. Це дозволяє використовувати отримані результати для розрахунку показників кровотоку в нормі та з метою фармакокорекції виявлених порушень у хворих.
