The nearest and distant results of this surgical technology depending of level of the operations, size and type of herniations, age of the patients are investigated. The efficiency of microdiscectomy and punction lazer nucleotomy for treatment discogenic lumbosacral radiculitis is proved. В работе проанализированы наблюдения над больными со срединными грыжами межпозвонковых дисков в поясничном отделе, которые были обследованы и оперированы с использованием комбинированной хирургической методики – микродискэктомии, с одной стороны, и контрлатерального применения пункционной лазерной нуклеотомии.
