The examination of the films chemical composition and structure was carried out by X-ray spectrography, X-ray diffraction, optical and scanning electron microscopy. This researches allowed to determine the basic structural thin films parameters, such as: phase composition, type and period of crystal lattice, growth texture and crystallites size, and also their dependence on conditions of samples preparation. The correlation between stoichiometric of condensates and their period of a lattice is reviled. The optimal conditions of obtaining the homogeneous thin films with stoichiometric composition are established.
