Підкреслюється, що коріння корупції криється в механізмі здійснення державної влади. При цьому звертається увага, що корупціонери, виступаючи як безпосередні носії влади, використовують її як інструмент досягнення привілейованого соціального становища, пов’язаного з володінням значними матеріальними благами. Some theoretical and methodological aspects of corruption relations are analyzed. It is underlined the roots of corruption are covered in the mechanism of realization of state authority.
