As a result of application of the antiseptic decamethoxin in composite treatment of the patients the reduction of average treatment terms was achieved and successful outcome for 96,5% of patients was guaranteed. That gives the opportunity to recommend this medication for prescription in case of pyoinflammatory diseases. Проведен анализ комплексного лечения 759 больных с острыми гнойно–воспалительными заболеваниями пальцев и кисти. Обобщён опыт применения методик лечения данной патологии и даны практические рекомендации врачам.
