It’s established that for the sedimentation of the semi hydrate crystals, which are more prone to fast hydration, the decomposition of the apatite concentrate in the phosphorous solution should be conducted between 78-80оС and with a surplus of ions Са2+. For providing supplementary decomposition of the apatite concentrate on the second stage of the hydration process CaSO4.0,H2O→CaSO4.2H2O, the optimal conditions are these parameters: temperature 50оС, concentration of phosphoric acid /solutions Р2О5 17-18%, correlation L:S=2-2,2:1.
