Книга проілюстрована 75 рисунками, має 36 таблиць, 91 тест та 47 задач (15 з яких розв'язано). In this book, the reader will discover the basic laws of microeconomics, learn about the cardinalist and ordinalist theories of consumer behavior in the marketplace, the model of achieving equilibrium by the consumer, the mechanism of supply and demand formation, and will also get acquainted with the microeconomic model of the enterprise, and consider the mechanism of producer equilibrium formation. This textbook also describes the behavior of the producer in the markets of pure competition, pure monopoly, oligopoly and monopolistic competition, and highlights the mechanism of price formation for labor, capital, land and other resources in the respective markets. This textbook corresponds to the regulatory program of the course “Microeconomics”. It consists of four main parts: a course of lectures, a plan of seminars, assignments for students' independent work, and tests for individual work under the guidance of a teacher.
