The approach is based on using of indistinct logic and rules of a logic conclusion elements in the conditions of incomplete definiteness that allows use it in astable economic conditions with an indistinct estimation of influence of the external and internal environment factors. Изложены основные положения авторского теоретико-методического подхода к анализу и выбору вариантов инновационного развития рыночных возможностей промышленных предприятий. Подход основан на использовании элементов нечеткой логики и правил логического вывода в условиях неполной определенности, что позволяет использовать его в нестабильных экономических условиях с нечеткой оценкой влияния факторов внешней и внутренней среды.
