The thesis studies the theoretic fundamentals of the financial system and its or-ganization. The research develops complex approaches to the restructuring of the Ukrainian financial system. Based on the systematization of scientific research regarding this issue the thesis develops a theoretical basis for the restructuring of the financial system in the context of globalization, investigates the problems in the current organization of the financial system of Ukraine, and studies the experience of the developed countries. It explains the necessity of restructuring of the financial system of Ukraine and develops theoretical and methodical approaches to the provision of an efficient restructuring of the financial system of Ukraine. It studies the peculiarities of the state regulation of the financial system of Ukraine and offers ways to improve it by creating a single regulatory authority of the financial system’s state regulation. It also examines the scientific provisions for the adaptation of the Ukrainian banking system to the Basel II requirements. The thesis underlines the importance of the reformation of the financial services market as a part of restructuring of the Ukrainian financial system and offers recommendations for the restructuring of the Ukrainian financial services market. The practical verification of the author’s proposals regarding the restructuring of the Ukrainian financial system and its components has been carried out in the real institutions and organizations. Дисертаційна робота присвячена розвитку теоретичних і методичних основ реструктуризації фінансової системи, розробці методичних підходів і практичних рекомендацій, направлених на розвиток фінансової системи країни. На основі систематизації досліджень вчених з даної проблематики поглиблено теоретичні основи щодо реструктуризації фінансової системи в контексті глобалізації, виокремлено проблемні моменти в поточній організації фінансової системи України, досліджено досвід розвинених країн. У роботі визначено сутність та складові фінансової системи країни. Обґрунтовано необхідність реструктуризації фінансової системи України та розроблено теоретико-методичні підходи до забезпечення ефективної реструктуризації фінансової системи України. Досліджено особливості державного регулювання фінансової системи України та запропоновано підходи до його удосконалення шляхом створення єдиного органу державного регулювання фінансової системи країни. Запропоновано науково-методичне забезпечення процесів адаптації банківської системи України до вимог Базель ІІ. Зауважено на необхідності реформування ринку фінансових послуг як важливої складової реструктуризації фінансової системи України та запропоновано перелік заходів щодо реструктуризації ринку фінансових послуг України. Практична перевірка авторських пропозицій щодо реструктуризації фінансової системи України та окремих її складових здійснена в конкретних установах і організаціях. Додано в НРАТ 2025-03-24 Закрити
