Проаналізовано сучасні теоретико-методологічні підходи до професійної компетентності фахівців й конкретизовано поняття професійної компетентності фахівців зовнішньоекономічного профілю. Уточнено основні структурні компоненти професійної компетентності фахівців зовнішньоекономічного профілю, у складі якої виокремлено методологічну складову та обґрунтовано її доцільність. Проаналізовано німецькі моделі професійної компетентності фахівців зовнішньоекономічного профілю. Подано характеристику реформування системи вищої освіти Німеччини кінця ХХ – початку ХХІ століття. Охарактеризовано теоретико-методологічні основи організації професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців зовнішньоекономічного профілю Німеччини, проаналізовано зміст їх професійної підготовки у спеціальних вищих школах та університетах країни. Досліджено організаційно-педагогічні умови формування і подальшого розвитку професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців зовнішньоекономічного профілю у вищій освіті Німеччини. Розроблено навчально-методичний комплекс щодо розвитку професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців зовнішньоекономічного профілю у вищих навчальних закладах України. The dissertation research is devoted to the investigation of the experience of the future specialists in foreign economic activity professional competence forming and development in higher educational institutions of Germany. In the first part of dissertation modern theoretical-methodological approaches to specialists’ professional competence have been analyzed and the concept of specialists in foreign economic activity professional competence has been specified. Main structural components of specialists in foreign economic activity professional competence have been specified, and namely: functional, methodological, informational, social and personal competences. In the structure of the specialists’ professional competence the methodological component has been marked out, the reasonability of which has been proved. The above mentioned components of the specialists’ professional competence are the aims of their vocational training in higher educational institutions. Possessing them the specialists are able to develop skills during their life. Due to the analysis of the authentic literature on theory of professional training the models of German specialists in foreign economic activity professional competence have been analyzed. This model has the following components: professional, methodological, social, intercultural, media and personal ones. Necessary professional qualities of the German specialists in foreign economic activity have been identified (global, analytical thinking; conceptual skills; methodological approach to the problems solving; communication skills; foreign languages knowledge; team working skills; creativity; flexibility; productivity; punctuality; readiness to critics; organizational skills; independence and initiative; integrity etc.). In the second part of dissertation the reforms in the system of higher education of Germany at the end of ХХ – beginning ХХІ have been characterized. Tendencies of the German higher education development in the context of Bologna process and country’s education internationalization have been analyzed. Characteristics of theoretical-methodological grounds and the contest of vocational training of future specialists in foreign economic activity in higher educational institutions of Germany have been done. The peculiarities of major elements of training programs of German future specialists in foreign economic activity in the system of higher education have been defined. In the third part of the dissertation organizational-pedagogical conditions of the future specialists in foreign economic activity professional competence forming and development in higher educational institutions of Germany have been investigated. They are: practice and studying abroad, dual principle of studying in higher education, modern innovative methods of teaching (business/role games, trainings, “mental cards”, project method, case-study, simulation, brainstorm etc.), advanced learning of at least two foreign languages, students’ participation in international projects and programs of European Union and in public, cultural, sport life of higher educational institution. As a result of the investigation methodical recommendations on the future specialists in foreign economic activity professional competence development in higher educational institutions of Ukraine have been designed. Approaches, pedagogical principles and conditions of effective realization of the proposed methodology have been analyzed. Special training course on development of students’ professional competence has been implemented. The course consists of five modules according to the components of the professional competence (development of specialist’s functional skills; social aspects of the development of the specialist’s personality; forming specialist’s personality in the terms of informational society; development of specialist’s methodological proficiency; factors of specialist’s personal development). The essential results of the research have been implemented in the academic process of the Ukrainian economic higher educational institutions. Додано в НРАТ 2025-03-24 Закрити
