The choice of design method has been grounded and the substantive provisions of design of cutting process have been described in presence of Lubricating-Cooling Technological Medium (LCTM). It has been suggested at research of influence of LCTM on the process of cutting to take into account its influence in the interrelation with other descriptions of this process at a modelling one of algorithms of Method of Group Account of Arguments (MGAA). And also the choice of coefficient of friction has been grounded as variable description of LCTM.
