The dissertation is devoted to the studies of the administrative-legal regime of objects of the property right to natural resources. In particular, it was defined the administrative-legal aspects of the property right to natural resources; it was exposed the nature of the administrative-legal securing and regulation of the implementation of the property right to natural resources, the mechanism and trends of its realization; it was given the definition and characteristic of the administrative-legal regime of objects of the property right to natural resources; it was examined the essence, content and the system of its components – administrative-legal means of securing and regulation of the implementation of the property right to natural resources, their legislative basis and the practice of their realization. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
