It is shown that, under pumping and real relations between the parameters of a quantum-dot ensemble, the superradiance is realized in the form of a giant pulse regardless of the resonator frequency detuning and the coupling parameters. The obtained results are compared with experimental data. // Укр. версія: Проведено фазовий аналіз динамічних рівнянь, отриманих у роботі [13] на основі мікроскопічного подання поляризації ансамблю квантових точок і різниці заселеностей електронних рівнів. Показано, що за наявності накачки та співвідношення параметрів, що реалізуються в ансамблі квантових точок, когерентне випромінювання протікає у режимі гігантського імпульсу незалежно від розкладу резонатора і параметрів зв`язку.
