The problem of the studies is that the characteristics of the general theory of system are extrapolated onto the definite system – the linguistic field of quantity. The aim of the article is to explicit and analyze the main system features of the lexical quantitative field structure. Стаття вивчає мовні засоби вираження кількості через призму системності мови. Системність квантитативної лексики як частини всього лексикону осмислюється шляхом екстраполяції параметрів загальної теорії систем на конкретну підсистему – мовне поле кількості; метою дослідження є експлікація та аналіз його основних системних характеристик.
