Монографія містить змістовний виклад принципів, методів і процесів побудови інформаційних систем. Визначено концептуальну модель та профілі інформаційних систем як елементи їх проектування. Обґрунтовано вибір портального рішення для побудови інформаційної системи. The monograph provides a meaningful account of the principles, methods and processes of building information systems. The conceptual model and profiles of information systems as elements of their design are defined. The choice of portal solution for the construction of information system is substantiated. The subject area of ​​the information system of planning of scientific researches in the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine on the basis of the Internet (IS “Planning”) is considered.
