Обґрунтовано механізм формування інтегрованого науково-виробничого об’єднання в аграрній сфері економіки; необхідність посилення державної підтримки інноваційного розвитку в агропромисловому виробництві України за основними бюджетними програмами; цільову спрямованість системи регулювання ринку інноваційної продукції; механізм реалізації просування інноваційної продукції за активного розвитку інтегрованих форм суб'єктів господарювання. Розроблено імітаційну модель системи «виробник інноваційної продукції – поширення знань та інформації – споживач інноваційної продукції»; концептуальний підхід до організації інноваційного процесу на основі сполучення етапів життєвих циклів новацій (з позицій виробників інноваційних товарів) і нововведень (з позицій споживачів інноваційних ресурсів). Запропоновано основні та перспективні форми державної фінансової підтримки інноваційної діяльності в агропромисловому виробництві на основі створення коопераційних засад, сприяння інтеграції, розвитку приватно-державного партнерства, а також трансакційний механізм інноваційної діяльності як спосіб зниження витрат просування інноваційних розробок в агропромисловому виробництві. The dissertation offers a solution to an important scientific problem to create conditions for the development of innovative processes in the agricultural production of Ukraine to ensure effective functioning of the economy with the implementation of rapid promotion of products and services of agricultural production to the consumer, to improve their competitiveness on domestic and external markets. Studies have shown the need for agro-industrial production of its own model of the polity, including the impact of the state system of measures on economic relations of economic entities. Justified: iteration method applied to the analysis of the effectiveness of the innovation process on control points and stages, the mechanism for forming an integrated research and production association in the agrarian economy, the need to strengthen public support for innovation development in the agricultural production of Ukraine on key budgetary programs, the task orientation of the system regulating the market of innovative products; mechanism for promoting implementation of innovative products with the active development of the integrated forms of business entities. Developed a simulation model of the producer of innovative products - knowledge and information - consumer product innovation ", a conceptual approach to the innovation process based on combining the life cycle of innovations (in terms of manufacturers of innovative products) and innovation (in terms of consumer innovation resources ).
