The basis of this investigation consists of sources relevant to the “Kherson case” - and focuses on a series of systematic crimes committed by the Soviet city administration. The specific nature of these sources allowed for the reconstruction of the events and for tracing the social (city community) and individual (main actors) reactions to this situation.
