Виділено основні етапи управління ризиками, досліджено принципи розподілу ризиків між державою та приватним партнером та на основі досвіду зарубіжних країн наведено оптимальний їх розподіл. The article examines risks that arise during the infrastructure projects implementation under the public-private partnership, and proposes its classification.
